You can leave feedback on individual call messages for your receptionists. This allows them to better serve your customers and improve your overall service.

To leave feedback on a call message through the AnswerConnect app:

  1. Go to Inbox
  2. Select the call message you wish to leave feedback on
  3. Select Give Feedback from the options on the right sidebar
  4. Type your feedback in the pop-up field
  5. Rate the experience using the smiling and frowning emojis.
  6. Hit Select
