A Call Detail Record report contains the date, start time, caller’s phone number, and duration for all your calls in a given date range.
To create the report
- Go to Billing & Reports.
- Go to the Reports tab.
- Click on the Hamburger Icon.
- Select the date range you want to include in your report.
- Hit Download.

When you download the data, you’ll get a CSV (comma-separated values) file. You can open this in your favourite spreadsheet application, such as Excel or Google Sheets, and work with the data.
