Your billing cycle is the monthly period used to calculate your bill. You’ll be billed on the same date each month for your usage during the upcoming month.
For example, if you sign up on May 14th, your billing cycle runs from the 14th of each month to the 13th of the following month. You’ll be billed on the 14th for the upcoming billing cycle.

1. Can I change the date of my billing cycle?
Your monthly payment will be automatically taken on the date you signed up. If you would like to change this date, our client services team can help. Once complete, your changed billing date will take effect from the next billing cycle.
2. Do my minutes roll over?
No. Unused minutes do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Learn more about how your minutes work here.
3. What if I’m charged before the end of my billing cycle?
If your account reaches $100 or more in overage charges, you will be charged before the end of your billing cycle. Learn how to monitor your usage here.
4. How do I set up autopay?
Set up a default payment method in the AnswerConnect app to have your monthly charges paid automatically. Learn more here.
5. How can I get a copy of my invoice?
You can find a copy of your invoice in the Billing & Reports section of the AnswerConnect app. Follow these instructions to access it
