That said, we highly recommend attending your onboarding appointment. This session helps us tailor your service by:

- Setting up call flows and other preferences
- Ensuring we support you and your callers in the best possible way
Once your onboarding is complete, we’ll confirm that everything’s set up and ready before you start forwarding your calls.
