Virginia lives and works in Prineville in central Oregon. “Great customer service is about listening to understand what the caller needs and balancing that with what the client has asked you to provide for them,” she says. “Always remaining friendly but efficient to not waste their time or the client’s.”

When not taking calls at the desk she and her husband customized in her home office, Virginia likes to go camping in the nearby Ochoco National Forest. She belongs to COMAC, the Central Oregon Motorcycle and ATV Club, which maintains trails and advocates for responsible riding. Our flexible scheduling system helps her get out into the wilderness. “I love being able to plan short camping trips and having the ability to make them five days long if I want,” she says.
