If you have subaccounts, you can easily filter your inbox to view messages from just one of them using the mobile app.
To view messages for just one subaccount:
- Open the AnswerConnect app on your mobile device.
- From the Inbox screen, tap the account selector (drop-down icon) at the top left corner.
- You’ll see a list of all your accounts and subaccounts.
- Tap the subaccount you want to view.
- Your Inbox will then update to show only messages from the selected subaccount.

Note:
Filtering by subaccount helps you stay organized and focused when managing multiple accounts.
