If you have subaccounts, you can easily filter your inbox to view messages from just one of them using the mobile app.

To view messages for just one subaccount:

  1. Open the AnswerConnect app on your mobile device.
  2. From the Inbox screen, tap the account selector (drop-down icon) at the top left corner.
  3. You’ll see a list of all your accounts and subaccounts.
  4. Tap the subaccount you want to view.
  5. Your Inbox will then update to show only messages from the selected subaccount.

Filtering by subaccount helps you stay organized and focused when managing multiple accounts.
