If you have different staff on duty at different times and want to have your calls transferred accordingly, we can help.

If you’d like to add a designated person for us to transfer calls to, contact our client services department at 800-531-5828 or by email at clientservices@answerconnect.com

If you already have a person in your script and just want to change the info, you can do it yourself through your AnswerConnect App. 

  1. Go to My Directory.
  2. Select the team member you want to edit.
  3. Click edit profile.
  4. Edit the phone number.
  5. Click Save.

If your on-call staff rotate frequently, we can add an on-call schedule to your account. This will let us know who is on duty on a given day. You’ll be able to edit this information at any time if your staffing changes.

To update your on-call schedule:

  1. Go to business lines.
  2. Select the desired account.
  3. Choose call flow.
  4. Add the new name and number.
  5. Hit Save.
