You can make minor edits to the wording of the call flow in the AnswerConnect app (ie changing the wording of your greeting).

To make changes to your call flow:

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Go to Business Lines
  3. Choose the Business Line you wish to edit
  4. Choose Call Flow from the tabs
  5. Hit the pencil icon to edit the call flow script.
  6. After editing your script, hit Enter to confirm.

However, please contact your Client Account Manager before making any major changes so that we can make sure that call flow is set for success.
